If you do not have a measuring tape (or have no idea where it is), you can check out our chart with recommended sizes. You can also DM us on Instagram and consult with our dedicated specialists!

We ship all orders from our own fulfillment center in Miami, FL. Our processing time can take up to 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends and holidays.
Our standard shipping times are between 5-8 business days.
We use US Postal Service to ship your orders.
To be eligible for a return:
The request must be sent to email@example.com within 30 calendar days from the moment you receive your order.
Items must have their original packaging and tags. Must be unusedand unaltered.
After 30 days of receiving your product, you will not be able to return your items. Products that were purchased in a sale or at a discounted price, cannot be exchanged or returned.
Original shipping is non-refundable and Obi Pet Supplies. Nonetheless, we will take care of shipping costs returns.
Not in China ;) Our products are made in Colombia. Our manufacturing facility is located in Cali and we employ over 50% women head of households.
Our products are made with high-quality & high-resistance materials, manufactured to last longer than your usual big-retailer pet collar.
All of our products are tested by our team member’s pets, we don’t perform any laboratory tests. Instead, we take our products home, and try it on our pets to see if they feel comfortable!
Leather: Soft cloth and leather cleaners.
Others: Spot clean only with a wet cloth.
