Product Warranty Policy
In the event of a claim for any of our products, the following conditions must be fully met (we will take up to 10 days validating the following in order to determine whether we can give you a refund or exchange the product):
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item or make any claim from the date you received it.
- Products that were purchased in a sale or at a discounted price, do not have any type of warranty and cannot be exchanged.
- We are not responsible for the expected deterioration of a product or for the damage caused by misuse or carelessness.
- The product damage must be due to a manufacturing defect.
- Products must not be modified or changed in any form to make the warranty effective.
- Products that have been modified have no warranty.
- The product must be in optimal hygienic conditions.
- Our products are not designed for heavy duty, contact with substances such as water, perfumes, soaps and other chemicals. Those should be avoided.
- We are not responsible for the loss of a product during shipping. We advise you to track your order using the tracking number that you received via email right after your purchase.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- No shipping costs will be charge for an exchange item as long as it is our responsibility.
